Scientific studies show that you’ll consume fewer calories, burn more fat, be more active throughout the day and sleep better at night.
If you absolutely can’t get a full exercise routine completed in the morning you can still reap some of the benefits by starting your day with a mini-session. Try just doing 25 push-ups, burpees or jumping jacks as soon as you roll out of bed.
