A stroke is a condition that occurs when a blood clot forms and blocks blood flow to the brain, or a blood vessel bursts in the brain. A recent study showed that vitamin B supplements lowered risk of stroke by 7 percent.
They keep your hair, nails and skin healthy.
Given it’s key role in cell production, adequate levels of this vitamin are needed to promote healthy hair, skin and nails.
Are you getting enough B vitamins? The recommended daily allowance for healthy adults is 2.4 micrograms per day, though higher amounts have been recommended by some experts. Get that vitamin B!
