This will help you kick start your day with motivation, positivity and focused intention. Refer to the following for some of our recommendations and guidelines on best practices.

First of all, we recommend working with only one affirmation at a time to start. You can work with more than one a day (for example, one when you wake up, one before an important meeting, another before bed). However, you should limit yourself to focusing on only one affirmation in a given session.
